Our Story

You've held a 1-pound baby like it was the most natural thing in the world. You've celebrated a first cry at 2 AM and cried a little yourself on the drive home. You've survived full moon shifts, short-staffed Tuesdays, and more chaos than most people could handle in a lifetime.

And you showed up again the next day. In scratchy, falling-apart clothes. Absolutely not okay.

HugTee exists because you deserve better than that.

Our Mission

We're not just a tee shop — we're fluent in NICU, L&D, and "I haven't eaten in six hours but a baby just smiled at me so we're good." Every design we make is built for the people who live the shift, whether that's celebrating your Big Love for Tiny Humans or surviving another Full Moon with your sanity (mostly) intact.
