At HugTee, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order is not exactly as expected, we are here to assist.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, please get in touch with us at returns@hugtee.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges and Size Changes
We understand that fit is essential for a long shift. We accept returns for size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange.
Exclusions
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or are returned after the 30-day window are not eligible for refund or exchange.
