Where is my order printed and shipped from?
All of our apparel is proudly printed, packed, and shipped locally within the United States using professional direct-to-garment (DTG) technology.
How long does shipping take?
Because each garment is freshly printed to order, production takes 2–4 business days. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days total.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order is packaged and picked up by the postal carrier, an automated email containing your tracking link will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
What are your t-shirts made of?
We use authentic Comfort Colors® 1717 tees. They are crafted from 100% ring-spun, garment-dyed cotton (6.1 oz/yd²) with a vintage washed feel. They are durable, pre-shrunk, and soft under hospital scrubs.
Which size should I choose?
Our shirts feature a relaxed unisex cut. For a standard comfortable shift fit, order your regular size. If you prefer a form-fitting look tucked into scrub pants, consider sizing down. For an oversized cozy look, size up one size.
How do I get Free Shipping?
We offer Free Standard US Shipping on all orders of 3 or more items (or orders over $85). Free shipping applies automatically at checkout—no coupon code needed.
Do you offer group discounts for hospital units & departments?

What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your shirt arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send an immediate free replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, our primary focus is fast domestic fulfillment across all 50 U.S. states and territories. International shipping availability varies by destination during checkout.
